Accumulator Mounting
Can the accumulator be mounted after the regulator, or does it have to be mounted before?

They can be on either side of the regulator, but they will be more valuable to you on the 120 psi side (before the regulator) than on the 60 psi side (after the regulator, since they can effectively hold "more work" since the same volume of air is at a higher pressure.
