2007 CIM's in 2008?

Hey, we are planning on using 4 CIM motors this year on our robot, and as of right now we are using the 2007 cims for testing.

We are wondering wether or not we can use these motors when the bot is done, or do we have to buy new ones?? We don't have much money, so if we don't need to buy them then it would be great.

I looked through the rules and can not find anything saying you can't use the 2007 motors, and as far as I can tell they are COT items are they not?
