Center "Rack" Height

We are trying to build a model of the playing field and I would like to know exactly how tall the center rack is that the trackballs sit on. Is it 6.5 feet to the center of the pipe, or 6.5 feet to the bottom of the pipe?

The rack was last year...You mean the Overpass.

Yes, I do mean overpass. I couldn't think of what to call it.
