And the weight of the base is?? What are the side panels? .250 or .375 alum 6061 ?? We did a base similar to this but webbed the side panels to save weight while maintaining the strength.. as shown here

It is .25 thick plate. It's not too light ut it's not ridiculous either. The frame without transmissions is 20 lbs. We didn't do any lightening patterns just to ae the machinist.

For your team are you on schedule or behind because it looks like your mechanical team is a little behind no offense of course just wondering.

we actually are completely on schedule. The way we are building is basically just assembly since the whole thing was designed in CAD first. We are now just waiting on parts to come in because some of them were backordered.
