The Criterion

Howdy,

The website criterion for the Finger Lakes Regional isn't working for me. Claims are made that they can't be found there, but I could have sworn tha's where I last got them.

Are the rules for the website somewhere hidden from my eyes, or will I have to wait for my link to work?
