When a pneumatics actuator is extended, do we need to use a two-way valve to retract it, or can we use a one-way?

Re: pneumatics help!!!!!!!
The one way valve will work to retract it. The two way valve will stay in the position it was left in after you remove power, but the one way valve will switch back to it's "default" position.
