GTS counter circuit

Hi, I'm thinking about building a simple byte counter circuit that will interface with each GTS (a total of three on our robot). I can come up with a circuit myself, but instead of reinventing the wheel I'm wondering if anyone has already done this.

Thanks,
Windell
