I'm Trying to Mirror a Rig

I've spent a while building this section and it's rigged and uses an about 6 HI Solvers. But now that it's done I need to clone it and mirror it. Unfortunately, this happens.

After closing the message it mirrors it over but my HI Solvers are completely messed up and I can't edit the mirror to work along the proper axis. Any help would be appreciated! I fear I may have to rig the other this side all over again

Thanks for replying. Waiting for an answer at another forum might take too long (I'm already pushing it pretty close to the deadline). I'll just get started on rigging the other side then.

I have another question (No point in making a new thread):

How to I change the way an HI Solver bends the bones? Sometimes the bones bend in a down pointing U shape or an up pointing U shape. How can I switch it from between these two?
