Rookie All-Star Award?

To register for the Rookie All-Star award they say you have to bring a copy of your submission to the competition but what is included in the submission?

As a rookie team, i was told that you fill out the Chairman's Award Application and print it out to give to the judges at regionals

Read Section 5 carefully. There is no requirement to submit anything to the judges for Rookie All-Star.

However, because the RA-S is the "Chairman's Award for rookie teams", teams are highly encouraged to submit a Chairman's Award entry. If you do, print it out and give it to the judges. NASA Grant teams must submit; all others have the option to. Rookies are not eligible for the Chairman's due to the criteria.
