Yep, when you smack into that overpass going 9 ft/sec with a giant claw raised in the air that thing wants to topple over backwards. The wheelie bar is slaved to the lift so as it goes up the bar comes out

It is attached to the wheelie bar which keeps the platform from getting stuck in the overpass when hurdling.
