IMPI Robotics Team 1025 Thanks ThunderChickens

Team 217 the ThunderChickens has been a great help this yesr to new team 1025, IMPI Robotics. Here is the text of the letter we sent:

Quote:
Team 1025, IMPI Robotics, wishes to publicly acknowledge and thank Team 217, The ThunderChickens, for the invaluable assistance they have given us this year.

1025 is a newly-organized team consisting of both veteran and rookie students. It was created to provide the FIRST experience to students who had no team.

We would not be where we are today without the aid of the ThunderChickens. Beginning as far back as May 2007 and continuing through the 2008 build season, Team 217 has helped with many things, including:

• Team organization documents and incorporation paperwork
• Donations of wood and metal for mockups and field element construction
• Mentor contacts
• Safety training on shop machines for all 1025 students
• Offers to machine parts
• Robot tips and Best Practices suggestions
• Offers to help organize a parent support group

The IMPI’s are most grateful for the support and generosity of the ThunderChickens.
