Required documentation

Where can I find the list of required documents that are needed at the regional during inspection time?

I know that we need a BOM (bill of materials) and an electrical schematic, but do we need a pneumatics schematic and what other documentation is required?

I have been searcing through the different sections of the rules but have not been able to locate where the required documentation is spelled out.

Can anyone please tell me where to find this?

thanks

Re: Required documentation

The only required documents you need for the robot is the BoM.

Electrical and pneumatic schematics are not required. They can be helpful during inspection and vital if you have a problem but they are not required.

Re: Required documentation

Japper,
It would also be a big help if two of your students, one electrical and one mechanical, were to go over the Inspection Checklist prior to inspection and look for items that would need attention. The inspector should ask for an electrical and mechanical student to answer questions during inspection and these two would be the best to do that. BOM need to be hard copy, please.
As always, prior to full inspection, we are concerned about sharp edges and points. These can cause damage to humans and to balls.
