I think it would be fine. I don't really see why it wouldn't be. Its not inside the GA Dome or the GWCC. We brought food into that area last year. I hope I answered your question, and I hope its not the wrong one.

Yes. If you by where the Fountains are in between the pit area and the dome are you can deffinately eat there. Just make sure you clean up all trash. Don't want to leave a bad impression ^_^.
