Starting a team in the Columbus, GA area
A friend of mine is, at the behest of her employer, looking to get an FRC team started in Columbus, GA. (Since the final decision to commit to this project hasn't been made, I'll leave the potential sponsor nameless.) The plan is for the team to be established in time for the 2009 season, at a local high school.
Since I'm primarily familiar with the Canadian side of things, we're looking to get some information on who the local FIRST "celebrities" are (e.g. regional directors, senior mentors, local team leaders, liasons with interested businesses, etc.). |
