When I try to boot windows, I get an error message

Hey guys,

Maybe you can help me, When I try to boot windows xp home, it gives me an error message:

0x000000CA (0x00000001, 0x89DFE900, 0x89D3F900, 0x0000000)

I can run ubuntu on the same laptop.
