Free PTC Software Workshop in SE Michigan

To All Michigan FRC Teams,

We are happy to announce that FRC Team 2834 and PTC will be hosting a free Hands On Workshop on Saturday, December 13th from 9am - 4pm at Andover High School in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. The workshop will be in the computer lab in Room 301.

The agenda is as follows:

9:00 – 9:30 Welcome & Registration
9:30 – 10:00 Kickoff – Introductions (Brad Ferguson)
10:00 – 12:00 Pro/ENGINEER Hands on workshop (Todd Kraft)
12:00 – 1:00 Lunch provided
1:00 – 2:00 Advanced Pro/ENGINEER Demonstration (Todd Kraft)
2:00 – 3:00 Mathcad (Todd Kraft)
3:00 - 4:00 Windchill ProjectLink (Jeff Snyder)

We will probably try to videotape the workshop and post them afterwards. I'll let everyone know when I figure out the details.

Hi Oris,

I checked with PTC. They do not have resources in Michigan to videotape this. We can try to videotape it but the quality and resolution will not be high enough for anyone to follow along as a training video. It may be good enough to give somebody an idea the capability of the different software. If somebody from your team is available, it is best to attend the workshop so they can actually try it out and ask questions.
