Greetings Manchester Kickoff Teams!

We are very excited to be seeing you soon. By now you have probably seen the Kickoff Information posted on our website, if not, please go to http://www.usfirst.org/community/frc/content.aspx?id=418 for full details including location, workshops, transportation and Founder's Reception information.

We are sending this email to let you know that your Founder's Reception tickets are on their way! You should receive them by mail by the end of next week. You can find full details on the Founders' Reception at http://www.usfirst.org/community/frc/content.aspx?id=428.

There will be instructions in the packet you receive, but please remember these key points:

• Each team will get three (3) tickets mailed to the Main Contact’s primary address. (The number of tickets has been reduced from four to three this year due to fire code regulations.) Please be sure to check for your tickets at this address next week. If you do not receive your tickets by Friday, please contact us at frcteams@usfirst.org

• The Founder's Reception is for adults only. No pre-college students are allowed. Each year we have had a team or two that has not honored this condition. Please note that if you show up with pre-college students, including your own children, we will not be able to allow admittance. Please don't let this happen to you!

• It is important we all keep in mind that Dean is very generous to open his home for this event, and we all want to show our respect accordingly. Please note there are no cameras or video cameras allowed at the Founder's Reception.In addition to this, please do not touch any display items and make sure all food remains in the designated food-service area. Thank you all!

• The Founder's Reception and Kickoff event are a great way to involve your team sponsors. Please consider extending an invitation for your sponsors to use one (1) or two (2) of your Founder’s Reception tickets.

Finally, please help us by confirming how many team members will be attending the Kickoff at SNHU on Saturday, January 3, 2009. Although we must restrict the number of attendees at the Founder’s Reception, teams are welcome to bring additional team members, mentors, and sponsors to Kickoff. We will serve a continental breakfast (coffee, pastries, etc.) at Kickoff, so we need to get an accurate count. Please forward this count to Eileen Gormley at: egormley@usfirst.org as soon as possible.
