Coefficient of friction

Does homework help go in this section of the forums? If it doesn't, can I get help anyway, please?

Does anyone know the static or kinetic coefficients of friction for rubber and tile/table/some smooth surface?

The only coefficients I've found online are between rubber and asphalt/concrete.

Thanks...

Re: Coefficient of friction

I've got my physics book, and it has the numbers for
'rubber on other solid surfaces". The static is 1-4, and kinetic is 1. I hope that helps.

Re: Coefficient of friction

1) what kind of rubber?
2) exactly what smooth surface?
3) by time you get help on this homework will it already be too late anyway?
