FRC Update two

If you update the FRC software on you computer, you MUST also re-flash the code in the cRio... both need to be in sync...

Symptom: Code runs for a very short time or not at all, no battery voltage displayed on the DS when you run... ect...

this cost us a few days of debugging time!!!!
