Pinning and the carpet

I understand there is a rule that if you remain on the outer edge (the carpet) of the arena then there is a penalty. Also, there is no penalty for pinning a robot. However, what if someone pins you to the outer edge of the arena for more than 10 seconds? Does anyone get penalties? If so, who? I don't think we could find this in the rules. Thanks.

There is no penalty on "pinning" this year. "Pinning" isn't even a term in the rule book. Period. End of story.

There will be no pinning this year. The reason is......no, I'm not going to tell. The reason is fairly obvious but you need to "do the math."
