Spikes and jaguars in labview.

I would like to know how to program spikes for these things in labview.
1.Pneumatic compressor
2.Non-speed controlled motors
3.Pneumatic solenoids

And I would also like to know how to program jaguars and victors in labview.
1. Cim
2. Speed modulated motors.
