Is it okay to use last years wheels (given in the KOP) as a part of the robot (not as wheels, but as a part of a mechanism on the robot)?

Re: Using old parts?
Last year's KOP wheels are a COTS component currently available from AndyMark so they are a legal component to use on your robot as long as you comply with <R06> and account for their cost as part of your cost accounting.
