What platform did you render this in? If it's Inventor, you might want to check the resolution settings, as you should be able to clean this up a lot. Solidworks has similar settings.
Poke around, there's much to be learned from the rendering engines in each! |

Unless you have already made these, I would recommend you put a fillet in there.
