Need Help Locating .h and .cpp files

When I attempted to build and compile the sample camera code I got errors because the .h and .cpp files were not located for the #include "BaeUtilities.h", #include "FrcError.h", #include "TrackAPI.h" . I went to the first site to get the most recent update but I still encountered problems when trying to build and complie the sample code. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
