We found the IP for the cisco linksys router that comes with the K.O.P.
We can't get to the intial IP, we can't access it through 192.168.1.1 . Could someone please tell me what to do? ![]() |

Re: Help for the Cisco linksys router?
We had a similar problem with our bridge. It would not respond to factory default settings even when reset. Linksys online support was useless.
We found the solution in the complete manual (online or on supplied CD) - pushing the "security button" on the front of the unit changes the default ip address from 192.168.1.250 to 192.168.1.251 - perhaps something similar happens with the router. Read the full manual. Good luck! Bob |

Thank you very much!
I just showed this to our head moderator (macmath), and he told me that he was able to connect to the router from his desktop two rooms over, so apparently the problem is with the computer we were using. Thank you ever so much again. |
