Team 701's Electrical Box
For once the Robovikes have made an electrical box. It can be easily removed. It's not yet complete, but its pretty.
Still have to do the wiring and keep that neat. ![]() |

Re: Team 701's Electrical Box
I've said a few times that placement of the gaming adapter shouldn't matter, but you do begin to worry me with that layout. If you have connection difficulties, please move the adapter to somewhere less confined.

Re: Team 701's Electrical Box
Steven,
Another nice design. It will get more difficult to see wiring when you add all the power wiring. I would guess that you will treat your robot inspector to a demonstration of opening the box for inspections so all wiring can be viewed. Before your first event, I am guessing you will also cutoff and file the screws that hold your parts in place which will also please your inspector. Victor fans like to have a lot of air available to pull over the FETs so I see you have added a larger fan across from the Victors. Nicely done at the bottom of your box to allow convenction currents to carry heat out the top. Hope I get to see this sometime. |
