Uploaded animation- cant view storyboard

We uploaded our animation & storyboard, but can't view the storyboard. We tried both PDF & JPG files.

Should we be able to view it after uploading?

I wasn't able to see ours either -- we also tried to upload both PDF and JPG. Thought I'd come here to see if anyone else was having problems before I hit the submit button.

Re: Uploaded animation- cant view storyboard

We produced our storyboard on Adobe on one computer and then uploaded the file on another computer. We were unable to see the storyboard PDF because that computer did not have Adobe.

Just a thought.

Re: Uploaded animation- cant view storyboard

No - that’s definitely not the case for this one. It uploads and shows the upload but when you click the "view" link it just produces a blank page. The Address at the top of the page doesn’t seem to be pointing to the uploaded jpeg.
thanks though

Has anyone else noticed this?

Re: Uploaded animation- cant view storyboard

I'm told we had the same problem. I have e-mailed Autodesk about it, as soon as they reply I'll let you all know.

Re: Uploaded animation- cant view storyboard

There is an issue with the viewer for the storyboards. I just got an email from autodesk.

Re: Uploaded animation- cant view storyboard

I noticed that after we uploaded ours, the storyboard was not visible for about an hour but it is now. So either there is just a delay in getting things cleared through their server due to the load, or they fixed the problem with the viewer. Either way, it should be working now.
