If you're talking about the communication status indicators on the Driver Station display, red means the cRIO is not responding to a network ping. That could be due to power (the cRIO might not be on), wiring (the network cable from the WGA to cRIO's ethernet port #1 might not be making a good connection), or software (the cRIO might not be formatted with the proper team number selected).
Verify that you have 24 volts on the cRIO's power connector. Check the ethernet status LEDs on the cRIO. The green one should be on solid if you have a good connection to the WGA. The yellow one should flash with network activity. Try reimaging the cRIO, following the instructions in the control system manual exactly. |
