Shipping the OI
I'm going to start off by saying sorry, I know that there are posts about this but i couldn't find them. We were just wondering, because we can't find it in the rules anywhere, does the OI have to ship with the robot in the crate....
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much and good luck in these last few hours..... Jared. |

Re: Shipping the OI
I have a similar questiom about the cRIO and the electronics board. I spoke to a team who understood that the cRIO and electronics controls did not have to ship Tuesday with the robot.
Is this correct? |

Re: Shipping the OI
Please read the rules on the Withholding Allowance. You get 40 lbs of stuff to take in, but the operator console is included, but not in the weight. GDC has said that it's pretty much anything you want.

Quote:
The answer is in the definition of WITHHOLDING ALLOWANCE in Section 8 of the 2009 FRC Game Manual. |

Re: Shipping the OI
OK Thank you all and we will make it a point this comp to not say, "crud, we forgot the OI in the pit!!" , but instead "crud, we forgot the OC in the pit!!", because we all know we going to forget it at some point...
