Empty Cell Clarification
Ok, I have seen where the super cells are held at the corners. When the empty cells are given to the payload specialists at the corners, are they given to a referree or is there a special place to put them in the corner?

There are hooks to place the empty cells on and on the other side of the plexi are the SC that are hanging on hooks as well.

As you know, the super cells hang on the outside of the wall next to the payload specialist. There are corresponding hooks on the inside on which to hang the empty cells.
