I would like to return the favor and say that you guys were amazing hosts. Not only did Cass Tech provide an amazing venue for competition - you also put on quite a show for us. Your marching band was ridiculously amazing, and I enjoyed every second of them playing. I wish our marching band would do awesome songs and dances like that, but I know your band probably spends a HUGE amount of time practicing and choreographing for performances. And those trumpets... they can squeak out super high notes for 20 minutes straight... amazing.

I don't know if it was you or others that offered everyone free ice cream, but I for one thoroughly enjoyed it.

Good Luck at the Troy Regional, team 2673!

Yes! The Cass Tech Marching Band is extraordinary! You were terrific hosts and we highly enjoyed spending Friday and Saturday at your school.

Also... letting this bit of information out possibly against my better judgement, after all we don't want the Cass Tech District to fill up so quickly next year that our team can't get in ... that free ice cream Friday night wasn't just any generic ice cream that's usually served at events of this nature -- it was Ben & Jerry's ice cream -- huge tubs and lots of flavors to choose from. We also had a great lunch Satuday with spaghetti, salad, vegetables, chicken, and more Ben and Jerry's for desert.

Thank You for doing such a great job hosting this event.
