Da' Bears Hosting A Scouting Get Together??
Hey yall,
Name is Mike, for those who know me well the name is Fennig, and I am part of Team 247 Da' Bears! This year, I helped out the team by designing a kick butt scouting program that made the use of paper obsolete. I actually took the time out and calculated all the paper we used in a past year, and it ended up coming out to a couple thousand!
(For more information on the scouting program you can go here: http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/sh...ghlight=fennig )
Now with the season at a close and a new season coming up just around the corner, I had an idea that teams might be interested in.
Now I have been part of the FIRST community for now going to be my 7th year and I have seen the In's and Out's of each position and scouting is my strong point.
What would you guys think if Da' Bears ended up having a scouting meeting to get together with teams who needed help getting ready for scouting or even new ideas to help them out. Now it would most likely be a day that is sometime before the competitions start and gives teams enough time to gather all their information up of course. It would be an all out meeting with anyone who would like to join.
Let me know what you guys think and please feel free to comment on this, I just wanted to know if people would be interested in it.
