Team RUSH goes to DC
Right after school got out, Team RUSH took a trip to Washington DC to promote math, science, and technology. We talked about FIRST and our integrated math, science, and technology academy, CSMTech (Clarkston science, math and technology academy) with several state representatives. This is an article written by one of the students of our team who was part of our trip and is interning with our local newspaper.

Nice job.
STEM is truly being moved to the forefront of education. Oakland Intermediate School District is also involved promoting STEM within schools as a viable link of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics to all academics within the schools. Team RUSH #27 is a great example of great FIRST Teams that see the entire picture of education.
