Our team uses Vimeo because everytime we try to upload to Youtube, it mutes the audio (because it's copyrighted music). How do other teams bypass this?

Either Credit in video/ description or acknowledge under the warning... Setting vides as educational helps.

Thanks for the idea, but I just tried uploading a video that was muted again and it still didn't work. It's "Good times bad times" by Led Zepplin. I don't get how other teams "seem" to have an easy time with Youtube.

It depends on the music. Depending on the rights holder they may have chosen to just monetize videos using their music, or to mute the audio.

This video of ours uses copyrighted music. You can see in the bottom of the description it says "Helix by Justice." This means they allow use of their music and have enabled ads on our video to make money from it.
