2010 New Jersey Regional
The NJ regional seems to be like a red-headed stepchild, or maybe Rodney Dangerfield. But to teams attending, the collection of power teams is impressive and intimidating.
Two years ago, I attended both NJ and GTR. The level of competition was comparable. I'm not sure why it doesn't fill up faster - maybe because there's usually 60+ teams? This year we have two teams from Brazil (I'll start practicing my Portuguese) and one from San Juan, Puerto Rico (have these kids ever seen snow? NJ in March isn't the tropics ). And (as of now) 14 openings.1676 is looking forward to seeing you all there. Since practice is Friday and the event Saturday and Sunday, you can't use work or school as an excuse for not attending. ![]() |
