Looks awesome!

Might I suggest making the soccer ball larger so it's easier to see as a soccer ball and the text taller so it's easier to read.

I used Summitsoft's The Logo Design Studio and Laughing Bird's Logo Creator to make these. Both much much less expensive than Photoshop combined.
