Gear Specifications

3132 here,

Hey everyone. It's time to belt down and start designing the kicking mechanism. I'm planning to use the Fisher Price motor with another gear to pull back some surgical elastic.

We're hoping that the other gear is at least 3-4" in radius. We have people who might be willing to machine some for us, but I've got no idea on how I'm going to provide them the right specifications for the machining process.

Is there any software that can help me in this process?
