Signal light not working

We have tried searching CD for this topic but we still can not fix our signal it does not blink. The little lcd on the digital sidecar does not blink either. We have deployed new code and reformatted the cRIO and deployed code again but it still does not blink. Can anyone help? Has this happened to anyone?

How are you powering the Digital side car? Last year we powered it with 5 volts instead of 12. It all looked like it worked but we had a lot of issues one of which is exactly what you are describing.

Re: Signal light not working

In addition to wiring power from a 20-amp circuit on the Power Distribution board, do you have the big 37-pin connector on the Digital Sidecar cabled to a module installed in Slot 4 of the cRIO?

Re: Signal light not working

I had a similar problem a while back what we did to fix:
1. Check for power cables weren't mixed up or reversed.
2. Module on Crio was in right slot and the Serial cord was securely put in the side car and the module
