AXIS CAMERA HARDWARE SETUP

I'm not sure about this, however I'm wondering is the camera setup DIFFERENT from last year? We are using the same setup, which is using the SERVO motors. I'm wondering are we suppose to use that again? because in the program it talks about using a gyro and no values concerning the PWM connectors where the servos went. So if it HAS changed, I'm wondering how its set up? Do we juts mount the camera and place a gyro on the robot itself?

Re: AXIS CAMERA HARDWARE SETUP

In LabVIEW, at least, the provided code for this year runs the drive motors to spin the entire robot. It uses the camera to determine how far to turn, then uses the gyro to know when it has turned that much. The camera seems assumed to be mounted to the robot in a fixed location.
