Hahaha! I know how you feel.
 But FIRST was created knowing that things like this would happen. The best way to get around it is to talk with your team while out of the shop. Plan over the phone. That way, when everyone shows up to the meeting, you already know what has to be done. So pull out the whip, and get stuff done.

We have the exact opposite problem up here. It is really cold, but there is little snow left on the ground. If it is this cold, it should snow up here! Ship some up, it could be a great fundraising idea!
 Hope that you can get into your shop to all you stuck at home!
