AxisCamera2010.h not found

We've done all the updates and have tried using the code posted here

but we are told by WindRiver when we try to build the project that the file "AxisCamera2010.h" is missing. I've done a search of the entire C:\ drive and have found nothing.

Could someone please post a link to somewhere where we can download this file? It is not in the newest FRC C++/C update (2/8/2010). I extracted the .exe with WinRAR and checked for myself.
