Slip Cover Bumpers?
We know there is a site selling slip cover bumpers. The question being really, since Velcro is not allowed as the only method of securing a bumper, is a slip cover allowed? It would seem like a slip cover would be even easier to have fall off when coming in contact with another robot.
So are Slip Covers allowed? and is our team allowed to make our own or do they have to be purchased from the site...--->http://andymark.biz/am-0605.html |

Re: Slip Cover Bumpers?
<R12> specifically allows you to use slip covers, if you like, provided that they don't come off during a match. You can make your own or buy AndyMark ones.

Re: Slip Cover Bumpers?
The "no velcro" thing applies to how you attach the bumpers to the robot, not how you attach the covering to the bumper.

Re: Slip Cover Bumpers?
My understanding is that the entire bumper has to be covered with that color of fabric, my question is how would the AM bumper covers be legal then if they don't cover the back?
