Replacement for setPeriod() method

Does anyone know the new way of using the outdated method setPeriod()? With the latest update software updates, this method is no longer valid so I was wondering if anyone knew the comperable method to set how often the autonomous or periodic methods are called. Any help is greatly appreciated.
