Steel isn't heavy! It's just misunderstood strength to weight is usually better than aluminum, and it's welded properties are tons better than aluminum.

I'd have a plan for fixing it. Hopefully your mounting system can be changed/flip-flopped so you don't have to take apart the whole bumper.

Even more than the upside down bumper, which you could just flip over, I would be concerned that your bumpers do not properly protect the corner.

I'm a little curious as to what you mean by our 07 bot. Unless your talking about the ramp. Cause we didn't have much else in rack n roll. Other than stout defense and a ramp.

And we have a ball stopper not magnet, but it simply holds it a bit just to make kicking easier.
