<T15> and hanging from the bump

Rule <T15>, from The Tournament, Rev. C, reads

Quote:
<T15> TEAM members may not carry ROBOTS over BUMPS or the GUARDRAIL SYSTEM due to numerous safety concerns. A gate has been provided to allow entrance/egress from the MIDFIELD. Violation: YELLOW CARD.
A blue box notes

Quote:
At the end of a MATCH, ROBOTS may be in a potentially hazardous loading condition. TEAMS must exercise extra caution when removing ROBOTS from the FIELD.
So it just ocurred to me, how are teams that hang from the bump (that is, side of the tower) removing their robots at the end of the game? Any news on how this is being handled at Week 1 regionals?

We're not at a week one regional, but we were planning on and what I saw on the webcast of Kansas City is the following:

1) One team member on each side of the bump lowers the robot down onto the bump
2)The robot is pushed off the bump into one zone or the other
3)One team member crosses the bump, joining the robot and teammate
4)The robot is lifted and removed from the field as normal

Straight from FIRST GDC:

Default Re: Carrying of the robot after the match
The recommended practice, which we believe offers the safest option, will be to remove the ROBOT from the side of the TOWER and lower it until it rests on the BUMP. Push the ROBOT off the BUMP, while one TEAM member guides it as it rolls down the BUMP. Then the TEAM member can safely step over the BUMP to the same side as the ROBOT, from where it can be safely lifted and carried from the FIELD.
