Frustrated with MAX

I was working on our team's entry for the safety animation and i changed one setting within max as far as object rotations, and i cannot rotate using the
"Z" axis.

I tried resetting, reinstalling and still cannot make any headway with this issue.

Please Help!

Jared, check under hierarchy and see if any of the transforms or rotations are locked for the object.
