Re: Question on digital sidecars
It appears that they do not. FIRST has info here:
http://usfirst.org/uploadedFiles/Community/FRC/Game_and_Season__Info/2010_Assets/3-2010FRCControlSystemComponent%20DatasheetsRev1_enc .pdf and a schematic here: http://usfirst.org/roboticsprograms/....aspx?id=16337 |

Re: Question on digital sidecars
The digital sidecar does have a 12v input. The power input. Was there a specific type of input you were asking about, like a digital input?

Re: Question on digital sidecars
I think those are all just 5v inputs, like PWM or hobby/general stuff. Look at kstl99's links, those should be very good.

Re: Question on digital sidecars
Just to close out the thread:
The GPIO pins on the Digital Side Car do not support 12V signals. Their upper limit is 5.25V. To use a 12V signal, you will need to find a way to reduce it to 0V&5V levels first. |
