Shanghai expat or visitor??
Do you know anyone with FIRST experience living in or passing through Shanghai? I work for PTC and am working with FIRST to get FTC started in Shanghai this year. I have 7 teams that are new to FIRST. If there is anyone here with FIRST experience or even if you are passing through and could spend a couple of hours with a team, please let me know.

你好！If this was posted several months ago, I could have helped out.
 Have you looked into using QQ or similar instant messaging tools to allow expats from other cities in China to help via the Internet? Granted Shanghai is probably the largest area for expats, but there are also a lot in Beijing and Shenzhen/Hong Kong area.

Im not headed over to China any time soon, but I believe Exploding Bacon is still trying to help one of the teams over there Ill have to check up if we have done anything recently.
