[FTC]: FTC Parts; 30% Discount, how?

On FIRST's website (the PDF at the top called "Kit Description"):

http://www.usfirst.org/roboticsprogr....aspx?id=17121

and on Lego Education's website (you have to sign in):

https://www.ftcrobots.com/support/item.aspx?art=3667

they both state that FTC teams can get a 30% discount on Tetrix "spare parts". Yet I cannot figure out how a FTC team can order spare parts at a discount.

Has anyone else noticed or know how?

Thanks
Coach FTC 3861

The FTC team discount is available here: http://parts.ftcrobots.com/

During check-out, I believe teams use their main contact's email address and password that was used to register their team with FIRST.
