Missing motor in KOP?

On pg 12 of the KOP manual, it describes a Fischer Price gearbox and mentions a -9015 motor. The wording seems to imply that this motor was given, yet none came. Can anyone clarify this?
Secondary question: does this mean a -9015 motor is legal because it is mentioned in the KOP?

If you took inventory of your Kit of Parts and the single FP motor and gearbox were indeed missing, you need to consult the Manual for what your team needs to do to acquire the missing parts.

Re: Missing motor in KOP?

The -9015 is the 2010 motor. I believe its specs are listed for reference only. The only FP motor you should use is the single -0673 motor provided in this years kit.
